I’m Jim Vitale, a Wilmington-based pest control technician with over 15 years of hands-on experience. I started Vitale Pest Control because I wanted to offer North Shore homeowners and businesses something straightforward — real expertise, honest pricing, and work that actually solves the problem. Most of my career has been spent on the commercial side — restaurants, warehouses, retail, office buildings — where pest problems have real consequences and the bar for results is high. That experience carries over to every job I take, residential or commercial. When I show up, I know what I’m looking at and I know how to fix it.
Right now, Vitale Pest Control is me — and I think that’s a good thing. You get the owner on every job, every time. No sending out a different tech each visit. As the business grows I plan to bring on help, but the standard stays the same: show up on time, do the job right, and stand behind the work.
